There was a time when “healthy eating” felt like restriction.
No one spoke about joy, flavor, or pleasure.
Until, in 2018, Anthema was born in Volos — a small idea that set out to prove that healing food can be vibrant, delicious, and full of life.
Since then, we’ve been creating food that doesn’t need much to stand out — only high-quality ingredients, minimal processing, and genuine love for people and nature.
Everything we make is crafted as we would make it at home — clean, gluten-free, and free from cane sugar. We also offer plant-based options for our vegan friends out there.
Anthema was founded by Emmanouil Vogiatzakis, a chef and creator who trained at Le Cordon Bleu in London and Sydney and worked in top kitchens across Greece, England, Australia, and Cyprus.
There, he learned that true creation isn’t about luxury — it’s about respect for the ingredient and for the human being.
Today, Anthema is more than just a food lab: it’s a mindful journey, a community of people who believe that food has the power to transform us.
Each product we make carries a promise — that life can be cleaner, tastier, and more meaningful.
